Shipping We currently have a 2-10 business day turnaround time to process orders.
We predominantly use Courier companies with signature on delivery and insurance, for most of our orders. Sometime we do use Australia Post to ship certain products or smaller products which do not contain fragile or breakable goods.
Please note that shipping costs paid during checkout is an estimate only. The exact shipping costs/ fees will be calculated when we physically process and prepare & pack your order. Any additional shipping costs incurred (depending on your location) will be charged to you in a separate invoice. Shipping costs paid during checkout is only an estimate. The above administration and processing fee together with any extra shipping costs will be separately invoiced to you. Payment of this additional invoice will be required first before products will be shipped to you.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Once the orders have left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery timeframes of the courier company or Australia Post.
Tracking will be provided to you for all orders once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
Free local pickup/ click and collect orders are available from our St Albans Park (Geelong region, Victoria) premises by appointment only. These orders currently have a 3-10 business day timeframe to process your order and we shall contact you once your order is ready to be collected - select FREE LOCAL PICKUP option during checkout. Due to the ongoing increase in costs of packaging and delivery of orders - our shipping costs for all orders incorporate a small packaging/handling fee plus a fuel levy fee charged by our courier delivery company. Additionally there is a 3.9% payment administration and processing fee (POS) which applies to all orders if NOT paying via EFT. It is recommended that you pay by EFT to avoid the additional payment. If the shipping costs paid does not cover the POS fees for your order, you will be invoiced separately for these costs. This fee is due and payable before your order will be released or shipped out to you.
Refund & Exchange Policy No returns or refunds are accepted for wholesale orders or any orders that have custom made or personalised products . In the unlikely event that you have ordered incorrectly an exchange or credit note ONLY will be issued in writing (by email) from CW Escentials. A 10% restocking fee applies on all refunds. This will be deducted with any exchange or credit note provided by us.
Refunds and/or Exchanges (if applicable) Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase of any item (if product is maintained in original packaging and unopened). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchange for change of mind or for any other reason. Returns To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 5 McGill Court, St Albans Park, Victoria 3219 (using a trackable mailing or shipping service). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping or return shipping will NOT be deducted from your refund. A 10% restocking fee applies on all returns. This will be deducted with any exchange or credit note provided by us. If you are shipping an item over $30, you must use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Products received damaged from Australia Post or Courier - All products will be sent via Courier or Australia post with tracking and insurance. All products are doubled checked and appropriately wrapped with bubble wrap and packaging to avoid damage to our products. In the unfortunate event that goods have been lost or damaged during transit - you are required to make any claims directly with Australia Post or the Courier company directly by you.
Undeliverable Orders If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable, we will contact you to organise re-delivery at your own cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, however shipping and handling charges WILL NOT be refunded. Incorrect AddressCW Escentials takes no responsibility for incorrect details entered into our system. Please ensure that your correct delivery address is entered on your order prior to completion and payment of your order. Please contact us at [email protected] for any questions on our Returns policy. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the items do not comply with returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or credit note. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method with signature on delivery.
